Product Description

FUEL INJECTOR CLEANER CLEANING THREE METHODS STEP BY STEP
INTAKE SYSTEM CLEANING
1)Pour the throttle cleaner into the cleaner bottle, close the oil outlet valve and connect compressed air, adjust the air pressure to 70 psi (5 kg f/cm²) and close the air inlet valve.
2)Install the nozzle to the oil outlet port, remove the piping at the front of the throttle valve, insert the nozzle into the throttle valve body and start the engine, open the oil outlet valve to start cleaning.
3)Maintain 1000 rpm, accelerate to 2000-3000 rpm every 3-5 minutes and hold for 30 seconds before resuming idle speed. After cleaning, turn off the engine and reinstall the intake piping.
TWC CONVERTER CLEANING
1)Pour TWC detergent into the cleaner, close the oil outlet valve, adjust air pressure to 36psi and close the intake valve. Connect the flushing tool to the oil outlet pipe, then disconnect the intake vacuum hose near the throttle body and insert the flushing nozzle.
2)Start the engine, slowly open the oil outlet to allow gradual detergent flow into the vacuum hose (process takes ~30-40 minutes). Maintain 1000 rpm idle, accelerate to 2000-3000 rpm every 3-5 minutes (hold for 30 seconds), then return to idle.--------------------3)After cleaning, stop the engine and reconnect the vacuum line. Finally, idle the engine for 5-10 minutes to purge residual cleaner.
FUEL SYSTEM CLEANING
1)Pour gasoline detergent into the cleaner bottle. Close the oil outlet valve, open the air inlet valve, connect compressed air, and adjust pressure to 43-57psi (3-4kgf/cm²).
2)Attach the cleaner’s quick connector to the vehicle’s fuel supply line, ensuring leak-free connections. Start the engine and maintain idle for system flushing. --------------------3)After flushing, purge bottle pressure, disconnect the cleaner, then restore all fuel system lines and recheck for leaks.

The fuel injector cleaner features adjustable high- and low-pressure cleaning functions, allowing you to optimize spray pressure for enhanced cleaning effectiveness. This flexible pressure control ensures thorough maintenance tailored to your specific needs
