Sturdier than my original Belkin light. It was taped together after the first month but continued to work for about 10 years. All in all, they're pretty awesome little lights. Work well on both books and unlighted kindles.

I loved this light. I used it for my sewing projects, and it worked great. It was nice and bright, lightweight and easy to use. The battery life was up to me, since it takes batteries instead of has a charger. My complaint with it is that this is the 2nd one I've bought that fell apart within three months of use. I keep it in the same position for the most part. I rarely bend it any differently. It has a flexible neck with the light fixture on the end. I keep the head of the light in the same place and don't twist it because common sense would tell you that's not good for it. The housing where the flexible part goes into the light itself just fell apart. I could understand if I was rough on it or bent it a lot, but that's not the case. The plastic in that part is cheap. So now it's being held together with masking tape until I can find one that works this well but is better quality materials.

I had one of these (my husband bought probably 5 years ago) that I loved so much. The arm on this new one is not very bendable at all. Very disappointing.

So I rarely leave feedback on stuff but I love these lights. *nerd alert* I bought them for lighting on my model train layout and they're perfect!!! I honestly didn't expect these to be as great as they are but they slide right onto my scenery board and they give perfect natural lighting. I like them so much I'm ordering 2 more for even more light!

The light won't stay on or it dims, of its own accord. It is useless!!!!! Do not buy it !!!!!!!!

This was a replacement for one I broke. Yes, it is bright even on the low setting (which i like) and it does shed a glare on my kindle (if I don't put it at the correct angle). My wife and I each have one. They work perfectly for us.

Great light, if possible it may be a little too bright. I can't use it in bed or i'll disturb my husband. Fits great and definitely lights the page up though!

I have had this Kindle Book light from Belkin for a year now and it is great. It uses standard AAA batteries which are easy to buy anywhere. Many of the other book lights today need the special button batteries, which sometimes are hard to find. It clips on my Kindle perfectly and give me plenty of light. I bought another one for my wife for she had an old clip on light for her Kindle which was one of the original models. The old light was large and awkward. This new light by Belkin was light and compact. It works great.
