Appears to be legit Bell replacement part that perfectly matches the original pads. These cost a bit more than they probably should, but they did (in combination with new top liner) restore a like-new fit to my beloved SRT modular helmet. That's a lot better value than replacing a great helmet that should go another two years or so.

I had size 35mm on originally, but changed down to a 30mm. perfect fit, good finishing quality.
