Received on time, well packaged, and in good condition. We've had this toaster for a few months now, and find that it does a very good job of toasting everything: Regular bread, oversized ( Rye ) bread, English muffins, Bagels and pastry. Its a bit bigger than our last one and we like that! Easy to use & easy clean up. Recommended.

I love the fact that the toaster is white because I hate black or stainless steel. It is aggravating that a toaster of this price does not toast evenly. I have bought toasters from at least 8 different companies over the years and none of them toast evenly. I do not understand what the problem is. It is not worth the extra money.

Pretty mediocre functionally but I bought it for the color. It toasts one side of a bread slice more than the other and doesn’t have a one-side feature for bagels. I had fairly lie expectations and unfortunately they were not exceeded.

Works as advertised, but, my unit toasts unevenly on oversized slices like those cut from a bole loaf. The centers are far lighter than the ends. To get the centers a good brown you wind up with 1/4 of slice on both ends burnt. Otherwise no problem with even toasting of normal sized slices when placed in the center of the slot. Guess the the adage, "you get what you pay for", is accurate with this toaster. I was also surprised that because of having the longer slots, this toaster did not have wider ones as well. That is my fault for assuming. I plan on keeping this one for a back up and opening my wallet a little wider for a higher quality one for every day use.

I just moved into a cottage with a very nice kitchen. My color scheme for the kitchen is navy blue with touches of yellow and orange. It's hard to find navy blue small appliances, so i was thrilled to find this Bella toaster in navy. I LOVE the longer slots (I make a lot of home-made bread where the loaves are wider than the typical store-brought bread loaves). My only issue is I wish it had a "bagel" setting -- but for the price, it's a very nice toaster with even toasting across the long slots. It actually toasts better than my order Hamilton Beach long-slot toaster. I can deal with the lack of a bagel setting especially since the overall toaster is very well built and works so well. Highly recommended.

I haven't used it yet but the slots are wide enough to toast burger buns and long enough for rye bread slices. It has a button for frozen bread and to reheat.. interesting. I love the pale green color. My contact with the seller was very satisfying and resolved within hours. Good company, lovely product.

I was very excited to receive this toaster. I loved the long-slot design (for larger pieces of bread) and the blue color. However, I was extremely disappointed when the toaster arrived. First, the entire toaster (except the heating portion) is made of very flimsy plastic. The plastic runs right up against the heating elements and will easily burn after a few uses. In fact, the moment we turned the toaster on the practice some toast, we smelled burning plastic. The plastic on the top of the unit was hot to the touch. Even if this toaster did a good job (which it didn't) I would return based on its flimsy quality and fire risk. Second, and equally important, is that it does a terrible job of toasting! As you can see by the photos, the toast was reasonable (but patchy) on one side, and completely un-toasted on the other. We tried several pieces of toast and all of them came out untoasted on one side and patch on the other regardless of adjusting the setting. So, please save your money and don't purchase this toaster. Although it looks cute, it's a fire hazard and fails to do its one simple job of evenly toasting a piece of bread. I returned mine immediately.
