I ordered 2 x "Belltech 8007 Nitro Drop 2 shocks"I received 1 and the other was a different part number that didnt fit my car.The package was also damaged, i'm unsure if this is a genuine new part or a used one.

Thought I ordered a pair of shocks and only 1 got delivered, what am I supposed to do with one shock ? So I have to order another one and wait for that , kinda ridiculous

Packaging looked as if it must have already been opened several times, but no big deal. Unfortunately, one of the shocks had a decent sized dent in it.. I’m hoping that it will not cause an issue… update coming after some miles get out on.

My truck gmc 2000 rides really good now after lowering it 3 inches hade new OEM shock in there so bounce now way better ride I go over bumps now no problem not slamming on the ground 👍😎

I got a pair of these to go with 3 inch lowering coils on my 1990 S10, even though Amazon says they're incompatible I'm assuming that means incompatible with an S10 at the stock height. It does take some work to get them installed without removing the dust covers but it can be done. Overall great shocks for the money, improved my ride quality immensely.

I got these for the front of my S10 Blazer which has Belltech 3" drop springs. They are NOT a nitrogen gas charged shock as description says. They are low pressure oil filled with two way valving. Not all Nitro Drop 2s are nitrogen, check with Belltech before ordering. Belltech says this is actually a better design and lasts longer. However they seem a little too stiff on compression with a looser rebound. Also they have a noticeable swishing noise but you'll only hear it at lower speeds with your windows down. I received two different versions as well, one had different size bushings and washers from the other but I didn't notice until I was installing the second shock and wasn't about to take them back out and have to wait another week for a replacement. So have someone double check that before shipping them. When installing them they barely fit through the opening in the A-arm due to the protective sleeve which is not removable, so be sure to have enough clearance to slide them in straight up. Over all they are a good shock for the money.
