Amazing! I bought these for traveling with breast milk and they stayed very frozen even after traveling for a full day with them in the cooler. The hotel wouldn't refreeze them so I kept them in bags of ice for the travel day home and even with them being slightly chilled they did an awesome job! I had two in my cooler and worked out great.

These ice packs help keep items cooler, but definitely not colder than ice. I use them in a backpack cooler with drinks and even with all 5 they don't keep the drinks chilled like a bag of ice. So far there is no leaking and I do like the size and thickness is good for a cooler because they are flat.
