The pictures are a little duplicitous. Is is not as big as some of the pics lead you to believe. Speed bags are not huge, though, I know this. It is kind of a quality, "budget" item. Basically a balloon, or rubber ball inside a semi-faux leather pouch. It is easy to inflate and comes with a pump and needle to do so. The hardest part of the set up was trying to get the really wide loop into the rather small little carabiner, it came with.It shows adults using it, and sure they can, but to me it is more or less meant for a kid or young adult who is into training or considering it. So, it might be a little high priced, imo. But, for what it is, I think it is okay, as long as you know what you are getting and happy with it.

The speed bag works as described. It comes with a pump to inflate the speed bag which took be a minute to figure out how to use it. It’s a good size and comes with a hook to hang it if you have a spot. I currently use a over the door hook on a curtain rod to use the speed bag as I have no place in my home to hang it. While I can’t use it as intended; I still get a good work out. Overall the product works great. For its price it is a good value and something I use a lot. I’ve only inflated it once so far and it still has air after 2-3 weeks and counting

I’m really pleased with this speed bag. I got it not only for stress relief at the end of a long and sometimes frustrating day, but also because it’s great exercise. I put on some music and get a good rhythm going. It’s good cardio, and it’s building my arm and upper body strength. If I lower the position of the bag hanger and get down into an alternating squat stance, it also works my legs and core.This speed bag is nice quality. It’s made with real leather and it’s glossy, smooth, and feels very durable. It is perfectly sewn and is balanced all the way around. It comes with an inflation needle and even a pump. It was easy to inflate by screwing the needle into the pump and inserting the needle into the end of the bag. The pump is manual, but you could use an electric pump if you have one.The version I got (called “Speed Bag”) comes with one carabiner, which they call a “swivel hanger” in the description. But know that this set does not come with the actual swivel hanger hardware that you screw into something. If you choose the version called “Speed Bag with Swivel”, you’ll get the swivel hanger hardware.

Perfect for my teenagers they really enjoy it. Especially when friends come over they all take turns to see who can do it better.

Review for Benelabel Thickened Leather Speed Bag with Inflator Hanging Speed Bags for Boxing - Improve Your Speed and ReflexesI like this pretty much comes with what you need if you don't have a speed bag. The issues are with the small carabiner, it is a bit too small to not bind the leather hoop it needs to go in while it hangs and you use it. The choice to use a too small carabiner means you are putting more stress on that hoop to ultimately fail sooner.This product also doesn't include any other hanging hardware, you could probably get by with something from a hardware store but it isn't ideal. When you see they included a pump for the bag it sends the message this is for first time users so they won't have the hardware to hang the bag.If this was aimed at being a replacement then I'd expect nothing but the bag that might be the wrong way to think about it but this seems to lead to you having to buy another product the speed bag hanging hardware and in my opinion a larger carabiner.The quality of the product seems good and it works as I'd expect a speed bag to, with the caveat that I had to obtain extra hardware to hang it in a somewhat correct manner.Overall it is a good deal and if you want to add or use a speed bag the price is there to get you started without too much of an investment. The issue is without some extra investment or DIY solution I don't think you are getting the most out of a 'properly' hung/mounted speed bag and how you should use it.

The bag comes in plastic, deflated and tucked neatly into a snug little box with a small tire pump, needle and carabiner. First off, there’s a slight leather and vinyl smell that dissipates quickly unless you get your nose right up on it. Which, punching bag: you’re going to be right up on it.The leather is nice and thick, the stitches sturdy and the whole thing feels really touch, like it could take some punishment. The rubber tip, though, where you inflate, was ragged at the edges, like it had been removed from the processing machine in haste. I realize and acknowledge it could be mass-produced factory error, but still. It feels like someone didn’t pay attention, even though no one can catch everything, every time. It didn't affect the inflation, but it made me worry about the calibre of the air bladder inside the leather.Anyway, the pump is good, slightly oiled as well, which was a nice touch. It inflated in about a minute and sealed, then held shape really well. That little carabiner doesn’t feel the sturdiest to me, though. I’ll use it for now, but I won’t be surprised if I need to replace it later, even if only to appease my own mind. I hooked it on to a height-adjustable arm, not a platform (the arm took up less real estate in my home gym, and I’ve found is almost as structurally sound, and I’ve got a platform at the gym I go to when I really need to wail on something).It took a fairly hard 20 minute routine with ease, and there was no deflating or burst seams or anything. The carabiner even did its job, but it did keep getting caught up on the pinch-point, so yes, I’ll be replacing it. But for a beginner, or someone not as picky as me (I’m making my home gym all my own, since he can’t use it anymore, and it will be the one of my dreams), it’s a good, solid first bag. Or backup. Either way, it’s worth it.
