I like these pegs much more than the set I had on the bike. They just look better and feel better - very solid and easy to pop in/out when desired. Heavily chromed and appear very much worth the price. They each weigh about as much as a standard US issue hand grenade.I preferred to swap the pieces around so that they fit my leg length better with the mounting bolt heads facing aft rather than forward. You can do what you want. Super easy to install and the only dumb thing is that there are two different sized allen/hex bolts used with these pegs, one is metric and the other SAE. You'll need your own hex set(s) but I'm guessing if you have a big-boy bike you also have the right tools to work on it. Go for it.

These highway pegs are perfect. They arrived quickly in a very nice package and were very easy to install. The chrome is great and they are solid and well made. They have a very nice OEM look and feel to them.

The pegs are heavy and well made. Shipping went well as expected. My only issue is if you angle the pegs towards you on the highway bars, when you flip them in the up position they will not go up the whole way. They pegs rest against the bar.tte mounting bracket needs to be about 1/4" longer.

Hardware sucks. Came out of the box with two of the four bolts already stripped out. Ended up having to use my own bolts. Other than that, they feel sturdy and high quality.

Heavy duty, adaptable, & good chrome. I clamped these onto a horizontal skid bar on a Sportster 1200C. These pegs are designed to be mounted on the vertical portion of a standard highway bar, but since I didn't have that option, I swapped & spun the pieces around & reinstalled them on the horizontal bar, without modification to the parts, without additional parts...very adaptable! Now, when the pegs are dropped down, they rest on the guard slider from below...Very sturdy! When installed in this not-as-intended horizontal bar arrangement, the pegs flip-up & latch perfectly vertical, but when flipped down, they get support from below to be perfectly straight. If this kit is mounted on a normal vertical bar, the pegs drop down and are perfectly flat without any additional support. I would buy these again.
