Water resistant, highly accurate and features variable intensity LEDs for night or day. Features a relay module mounted near the transom, which simplifies installation by reducing the number of wires to run to the helm.

Replaced my defective unit only to have this one fail mid season. I will need to replace again because the wiring is very fragile coming out of the head of this unit with it impossible to fix because it severes at the base of the epoxy back of the switch not allowing any possible fix. I like the LED readout but thinking of just getting a switch that will work because this does NOT!

This Module worked great. My Trim Tabs are working again. Hopefully it will last longer than the original one.

Product as described, though this is the 3rd that broke within 3 years and less than 100h in total. Bennett really needs to work on the whole design of the EIC series. While the actual control incl. the LED display works great, the relay module with it's non-marine connectors is simply bad design and hence leads to premature failure (even when mounted rather dry under the rear seat, rather than in the bilge). My two cents: Better use the standard relay module (which can be easily fixed btw too) and use their rocker switch or any other good looking rocker pair that fits into the dash and if one really needs the position indicator, buy their NMEA2K actuator heads and connect to your multi-function display if present. Loads of dielectric grease will help cushioning the effects of the poor design/quality connectors, but rather a patch than a real solution.Other than that item arrived damaged from a drop shipment vendor due to improper packaging (virtually no protection at all) and the CS experience that followed with said vendor is by far the worst I ever encountered in the 10 years I have been shopping with Amazon
