The backpack strap will not feed through the triangle and during multiple attempts, it came apart. Not much force was used to try to feed it but the stitching seemed to be weak anyway. I suppose the silver lining is that had my 7yr old been able to use the backpack function, it probably would have fallen apart very quickly, saving us from losing it and causing more damage to contents.

I love it. Packs a lot of much and and snacks. Keeps stuff warm and cold. The only thing is they should have designed the straps better.

It’s a great size. The hooks are nearly impossible to get through the tiny triangle. Had to grease up the parts and nearly break it to get it into the backpack style. It also smells weird. It does fit all the Bentgo size lunch boxes as well as planet rover though. I wish it had a water bottle holder on the outside.

We have been using this a little over a month now and it is still in great shape, and it has been thrown down and banged around a lot!It is thick and sturdy material. The cheap small ice pack we use is still cold (not frozen) after 10 hours.It wipes out easily to clean and would fit in a washer easily if the outside needs cleaned.My favorite aspects are the size and clip handle. It isn’t too large and bulky, but big enough to fit an entire lunch easily. The handle has a sturdy snap on it, so you can attach it to another bag to carry more easily. The design and color we got (narewhales) looked like it is pictured. I would defiantly buy this product again.

This lunchbox is amazing, seriously. So well made with so many great features. Narwhal ice pack AND thermos!? My daughter's life has never been better. Please make this in sharks so my son can worship me like she now does.

I ordered this lunch bag for my daughter because she loves narwhals and really wanted to carry with a strap. The option to convert it from a hand held, shoulder strap or back pack lunch bag is really simple. Awesome product, will definitely order this brand and style again :)

My daughter loves the different ways to carry it. Fits perfectly in her back pack. Holds her lunch box, a water and anything I put in the side. Highly recommend this lunch bag. It’s also so cute!

Bought for my 8 year old son for his school lunch and he loves it! It’s slim and fits all his lunch and snacks for the day and still have room. He carries it as a crossbody so his hands are free to carry his backpack. Love the pockets on the inside and out for his napkins, sanitizers and utensils
