I’m not a fan of these pants. You can’t see it in the listing pictures. . . But. . . There is an elastic band in the back. The current last / bottom listing picture makes it look like there’s not an elastic band. . . But perhaps they changed the design or something, because there’s the band is certainly there. Even if you’re large enough to stretch the band all the way out. . You can still tell it’s there. Even if you wear a belt. . . You can still tell it’s there. On top of this . . It makes it wrinkled in the back.These pants have an “odd” shape. The legs are tapered and very wide at the top. So unless you’re a bodybuilder with thick legs. . They are not going to look very good. They start out at 11.5” across at the top. . . Then go down to 10”. . .9”. . 7.5”. . . and the bottom / cuff is 6”.The material is 65% cotton, 32% polyester and 3% elastane. The material is smooth and there’s some firm stretch.I have the size Medium. They measure 41” from the top to the bottom. The inseam measures 30”. The waist measures 33” before any stretch and they will stretch to about 36”.There’s a plastic zipper. The top has both a hook as well as a button, which is a hassle.These pants are Made in China and being sold by a Chinese company on Amazon. At the current price of $33. . . They are about twice the price they should be.

Yeah, in the Amazon pics they didn't show exactly how much of an elastic waist these pants have at the back! In fact, I'm certain they took the elastic out completely to take those pics. (EIther that or the Amazon model is wearing two sizes too small and has short legs--which might be a possibility.). Definite old-man "cozy pants" vibe. I'll hide that by wearing a jacket, sweater, or vest, but I can't wear these in summer, even at my advanced age, because they honestly look like they'd fit a pair of Depends underneath with that waist band.But, that said, these aren't a complete loss. The fit is okay, and comfort level is great. It's definitely a budget trouser--no lining or interfacing on the waist or fly, and the pocket lining feels like plastic. It's only a zipper fly and button closure that separate these pants from a pair of joggers.Seat and thigh are generous (which again makes me think the Amazon model sized down), tapering to quite a pegged ankle. Some stretch in the fabric, but not too much. For reference, I'm 6'1", 185 lbs, 32" waist, and wearing a Medium. Leg lenght is good on me.

Nice pair of lightweight casual pants, but it is a stretch to say they are "business" pants. I really like that they are a mix of cotton and polyester, so they breathe. They are listed as "skinny pants," but I would not call them skinny other than tapered legs and cuffs. Overall, they are super comfortable, wash well, and don't wrinkle when tumbled dry. They have a distinctive red-button closure and a small red and blue tab at the top of the zippered flap. These are style elements, not functional ones, and not something I would seek out personally. Still, they didn't really bother me either.Overall B+

Great fit. My husband loves these and wants them in every color and maybe an extra pair in each as well. He says he would live in these if he had a choice. So they must be pretty comfortable! Usually wearing a large or 36, these were perfect for him!
