So I think I misunderstood a little bit about what this is and how it works. In my mind, I imagined that it somehow lit up into a 3D football on its own. Silly now that I think about it. Instead, it projects light onto the football-shaped plastic sheet that sits in the middle of the light. When the light isn't on, the football sheet looks silly. It's cool when the lights are off, but when they're on, it's not as cool. I don't think I'd order this one again.

Simple LED light. Plugged in and works great out of the box. You can replace the design with other acrylic designs you can find around easily or even make your own if you have the right equipment. It uses USB C which is nice, since I've encountered a lot of these that use the cheapest components which usually means micro or even mini USB cables. Overall it's simple and works well so I'm happy with it.
