The box arrived with all the tie wraps cut, looks like it was a return. The provided nuts do not fit the middle bolts. Feels like you would have to strip them to get them on. Returned item.

Ordered this box spring because ours was too big to fit up the staircase and needed something ASAP for a guest arrival. First of all, it came so so quick and arrived early in the morning. It was on the doorstep when I left for coffee. Not too heavy to haul up the stairs. Assembly took about 45 minutes but the first 10ish were spent reading the picture instructions. Once I got the hang of it, it was super quick. You can do it alone but it’s faster with two people. Very sturdy product. No issues thus far!

We have our bed on a sturdy heavy metal platform frame. We wanted to lift it higher with more support. So, I looked around for a traditional wood box springs. I couldn't find one for less than $220, which is a ridiculous amount to pay for a few pieces of wood with a plain cover. We almost built our own for less than $70.But I found this metal frame and it was a great compromise and ok price. Plus, it breaks down easily into small parts. So, we can take it with us if we move. It is very sturdy and fits perfectly. And it has a nice cover for the top and sides that fits well. We saved almost $100 buying this instead of a traditional wood support.

After sending the wrong item, Amazon quickly fixed the problem and sent the box spring within a few days. I was on a tight schedule to get this bed set up for my 97-year old mother who came to stay with us for a month. So kudos for how quickly they responded and fixed the problem.I looked long and hard for the "perfect" box spring for my 97-year old mom. There were so many different features I felt she needed and this one fit the bill perfectly! It's the only one with a fabric cover, which gives it a nice finished look. At least one reviewer said to lay out all the pieces before putting it together, so I did that. GREAT SUGGESTION! It made putting the bed together much easier than if the parts had been scattered all over the floor. Once you figure out the difference between the "H" shaped pieces (take a good look at the illustrations in the instructions), how it fits together pretty much makes sense. I put it together myself in about a half hour. The only thing I did was ask my husband (who is about twice my size!! LOL) to tighten all the screws, etc. Once we put the mattress on it, we laid down on it to make sure it felt sturdy and stable. I was a little concerned that the mattress would slip and slide, but that hasn't been an issue. I would maybe suggest a more "gripping" type of fabric for the side that touches the mattress, or slightly raised lips around the metal frame to hold the mattress more securely. But truly, it's working out really well so far! Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this box spring because my box spring was falling apart it was a traditional wood and spring box spring. This however is an awesome product took 40 minutes to assemble just by myself was easy and light to lift (had to assemble it in another room) also me and my boyfriend are a combined 400 pounds and this box spring holds up! The cover for it is of nice quality too. I also love the fact that you assemble this at home because I can’t fit a queen box spring through my stairway so that’s a plus too!! This was beyond my expectations for this price!!

Pleasantly happily with this purchase. Easy to put together and very sturdy with no squeaks! I did a test and jumped on my bed being a full size adult and not a budge or worry noise out of this thing. However it looks like it comes with legs that raises it a little which it does not it’s just the entire frame itself. I was hoping it came with that so it gives a little more height but that’s not a big deal those are easy to find. Overall I am very happy :)

My package actually arrived a day early, so that was great!! Assembly took a total of 15 minutes. Instructions are super easy to read and the assembly is simple. The parts come in a pack with all the pieces separated and labels. All the tools needed for assembly are included, and you get spare parts. All frame pieces are labeled with the numbers and have “UP” stickers which makes assembly so much easier! The cover slips right over the top. Very sturdy. I placed my mattress on top of the frame and walked across it just to test it out. I recommend this to ANYBODY!!

May look easy to assemble, its not, the directions are all pictures, no words. It took sometime to put together, roughly the better part of an hour. But in the end, what a difference. My old box spring had dents from sitting on my bed to play video games. Not having my body roll into the dents at night. Had a much more comfortable nights sleep. Other than the difficulty of putting it together. HIGLY RECCOMEND.
