These are super cozy even outside on a cold day, but they definitely slide down. That's not totally unexpected, especially since they're cotton. So wouldn't recommend if you'll be walking a lot.

My elderly mom has dementia so sometimes putting pants on and off when changing her js difficult so i got these thigh high leggings to keep her legs warmer in bed and sitting with a little blanket over her during the day! they’re great
