Good quality but not GREAT. Lacks attention to detail on the finish. Product not delivered as advertised. Pockets for storage are not there. Top is loose to the frame causing pooling of rain water. Easy fix would be to include the arch shown in multiple pics that doesn't come with your order. Customer service is a joke e-mail claims to be 48 hour replay, currently waiting at the 120 hour mark with nothing.

Top fit perfect. Took a little over 2hrs for the wife and myself to install. So much nicer than zippers or velcro everywhere.

It did take about 4 hours to install, thanks to youtube assebmly video. Looks really good, I haven't tried it in rain, but did wash my car and haven't noticed any leaks. But, it looks like I've been sent an old version of the top as I'm missing the zippered pockets inside as advertised and for the doors brackets it just came with regular screws rather than the quick remove ones.I really love the fact that now when I listen to music nothing rattles like the hard top does.I will see how it goes and update if anything goes sideways.

Box had several holes in when delivered and some parts missing…. Box had previously been opened by the look of the retailing … they offered me some $$ if I would source for myself… box returned … waiting for my refund … The product itself seemed quite good quality wise

I purchased this soft top, finally, for my Jeep. Money is tight and finding the money was hard. I put it on by the end of June.Now 2 months later I am contacting the seller, again, with issues with this top. A little over a month with it, the passenger rear window panel stitching started to come apart. I contacted the seller and Bestop replaced the side panel. Now a month later I have noticed that a knob is missing and a thick piece of rubber has come off the back window panel. Problem is I cannot put my panel on without this piece. I really have more things to worry about than a soft top.

I did alot of research before buying the Bestop NX Glide soft top. I am overall pleased with the product as it is very versatile with the sunrider feature and the side and back windows are fairly easy to install and remove. Some of the attachment hardware was not really up to the standards of quality that the rest of the soft top was, so I replaced some of the screws,etc. with better quality hardware I sourced locally. Installation instructions were not super clear and could benefit from actual pictures instead of line drawings which were sometimes hard to follow - but once I got through the install for the first time, it would go much faster if I ever installed another one. One of the tension cables on my soft top was installed backward from the factory and ended up getting hyper extended when I closed the sun rider, but I called Bestop Customer Service and they were good to work with and sent me a free replacement cable set. Also, loved that Amazon allows you to use their payment program for this item. Even though I bought the less expensive fabric (not the top end Twill one), I am happy with the quality feel and look of the standard fabric.

Removing the hard top and getting the soft top on took about 4 hours, which was to be expected. The instructions are terrible, so beware. I leave the windows at home because I don't have the space for them in the Jeep since they need to be laid flat. Overall I love this top, it is versatile and easy to use.

So like my dad always said was you get what you paid for and unfortunately I didn’t listen this time and bought a different brand first for 400 bucks less and well damn it he’s was right again sent it back and bought the bestop and love it easy to put on and well built and this one seals up nicely spend the extra and go with bestopKeep Jeep-in Michigan

Fits like a glove. Directions said it would take about four hours and it did.The windows glide off and on smoothly. II really like the flip back sunroof.Very durable and great quality.

This top never seemed to fit right I had gaps from the canopy frame just behind the door that you can see through. The top of the side pieces are supposed to snap into the frame but they never stayed in always popped out. I have had a gap over my tail gate I had to use my gasket from my factory top to block or else rain poured in. Has always leaked around the doors.I bought this June 30, 2018 so it has been on my JK for less than 4 years but the rear window glide on the drivers side has stretched out so that the rear window will not stay in the track anymore so now I am going to have to replace the top. I will not be buying another best top product for sure!

Really like this product - so many options with it too. I don't need a hard top in the south (not even in the winter) so this is just what I needed. The installation was not too difficult though I did it alone so it took slightly longer than they listed. I had a few moments where I thought the instructions could have been more clear but I figured it all out. My last soft top had the zippers and I hated them. The slide feature on this top seems to be much easier but I anticipate having to lube the slide areas eventually. Still, I DO NOT want to go back to zippers, ever. I picked the Black Diamond over the Twill b/c it was so much less $$ and doesn't seem to stain as easily with mud/dirt. I'm on trails a lot (not mud so much) so I get it dirty often and didn't want a stained look. Don't be afraid to jump on this - great product that fit perfectly! I installed this about a month ago and still love it!
