This was exactly what I was looking for my E5430 vPro. The screws to hold the SSD and that hold the caddy to the laptop were the perfect size...I had zero issues with this item....and it was a great price!!!

the product comes with 8 screws, 4 to hold the drive to the caddy and 4 to hold the caddy down on the motherboard. The 4 holding the drive to the caddy are fine and they fit fine but the 4 holding the caddy to the motherboard are loose and they dont fit in the respective holes.
