I was stepping on the stepper today and it broke. Bought it in March. I believe it's still under warranty. Please advise on how to proceed

This lasted all of 2 weeks before it gave up. If you step on it to do steps, it won't go higher than 2 inches. The pedals raise all the way up until you try to move. And it makes squishing sounds like stepping in mud. All that money for 2 weeks of use. And I'm way under the weight limit, so that's even better. What a joke.

I bought this on my doctor’s recommendation. I like that this is small and doesn’t take up much space. It is a quality piece and is smooth, easy to use. I am a pretty sedentary person and I feel the effects of using this. I like the bands attached to work my arms while getting in my steps. I could even take this with me when I go somewhere else.

This is very compact! Fits in front of my dresser, keeps closet door closed. Easy to lift with one hand when vacuuming. Everything seems like it will work well and I'd say it's well made.

I like the incline setting and the easy function. So far it’s sturdy, comfortable and the step count works great. Arm exercise attachments work really well! Lastly the rug is a wonderful touch! Makes it easy to protect my floors, but also slide for a low maintenance storage option.

So; of course; I saw soooo many on TikTok using a stepper. They were all saying it was on sale for $40 or less but wasn’t. So I came on Amazon and got one that seemed pretty good…. Wellll; it’s not what I thought. There’s not much room between the foot pedals and the stopper so you don’t get much movement. It is doing the job; for now; but I will be purchasing a different one soon. Also, the timer is wayyyy off. According to my Apple Watch; it will say I’ve been on it for like 5mins and 45seconds but the machine timer says 7min and 5seconds; so wayyy off. I would say, save your money; do more research and don’t get this one unless you’re like me and needed one in a quick pinch and won’t mind buying a totally different one.
