I actually ordered four of these one for each of our locations. I personally haven’t use them but everybody in the shipping department absolutely loves them. I think it will pay for itself and tape alone.

Purchased two, one got error codes quickly, so a replacement was sent - it also is having the same issue. The other one is constantly jamming and tearing the tape and have to take it apart to get tape pieces out. Date to return has passed for both machines. Ordering manual machines to replace these.

We bought two of these. Easy to use and set up. At the same time they both decided to start jamming. We cant get them to work any more. We think it is the brush but they are unavailable. Cant contact customer service.

This works well but beware of using cheap tape. If the tape has any cupping it won't get wet.
