Ayo! This is the real deal. Ive been a little under the weather the past few days. I am also a smoker. Ive heard about this for years but never sat down and tried it. I had 2 cups today and I am here tonight just blowing my nose non stop. The mucus is coming up! Which is a good thing! The flavor is pretty mild. It kinda reminds me of dandelion tea! Overall its a good product but I wont be spending 20 bucks on tea again. Id rather buy the herbs and steep them myself. Its alot cheaper and goes a long way! But if you dont care for the price. Give this a shot!! Smokers! Get you some of this!

I’m giving this 4 stars because while it did not seem to work for me, my boyfriend swears by this. He tends to look for lower cost solutions and this on does seem a bit pricey to me but he loves it. He has asthma and also vapes and occasionally smokes so when he feels buildup happening in his lungs, he reaches for this. It sounds like maybe it helps the more consistent you are with it. I tried it when I was sick and felt pressure in my chest, but it didn’t help. Maybe I just didn’t have much actual build up or something else was going on, I don’t know.
