Missing the center back cushion and the screws to replace it. Cannot use without these pieces. Very dissatisfied.

I loved the color and the furniture but, I received it damaged and returned it. I'm still waiting on my refund after a whole month and days of being tracked back into your warehouse. When should I expect my refund in full?
