This is a nice absorbant swab with a long cord, but almost everytime I use it it gets snagged on a key tube that extends about 3/8 inch inside the sax near the top of the body of my Jean Paul tenor. I also have the BG round pillow shaped swab which works much better and doesn't catch on the tube.

Swab is well made and picks up all the moisture in my tenor with one pass. Be careful how you load it however, making sure the top where the cord is is on top and the rest of the swab is in alignment with it. I got it stuck on my first try without the correct set-up and it was difficult to get out of the horn. Having said that, I think it's a really good swab and I never got it stuck again. They should publish some brief, basic instructions with purchase.

This swab gets the job done and it has a weighted end so you can pull the swab out either end of your tenor sax. And it is big enough.

I feel like it probably doesn't make quite enough surface contact and maybe needs to be just a bit larger.

Works well to remove the condensation and any other goop that may have found its way into your horn.

This was recommended above all other products of this type by my horn tech. I like it very much. Good product.

In distinction from other swabs, you must go bell to neck and you can’t just shove it in bell and pull. It has to be feathered out or it’ll get stuck. I learned this the hard way when it got really jammed in horn around palm keys.

Easy to use and gets out all the inside wet places on the horn.
