Don’t bother with this crap. Spend the extra$$ and get OEM. Somewhat works but displays every time you hit the brakes even with no trailer connected and and with trailer connected it says no trailer connected. Do not buy!!!

It's a perfect replacement. It fits the OEM bracket without the need to install the bracket that it came with. It works perfectly.

This unit I purchased installed easy, I did watch a YouTube video on it, following what this guy said, I am happy to say it works perfectly, now it won't show on the truck display but I don't care, I just needed trailer brakes, I had it installed in under an hour... Very pleased with this purchase( the dealership near me wanted me to drop off the truck and a cost of $1,00.oo ..... Way too much...)I recommend this unit,
