While I don't think I have particularly large hands, these are just a bit short for me. The only real quibble I have with them, other than their size, is the fact that the plastic plugs at the top pop out fairly easily. A little adhesive caulking should fix that, though.

They were easy to install. They give the option to hold onto the handle bars in a different position so not to get too much fatigue from one position.

if the rubber inserts stayed in it would be a great product but they fall out easily and i lost one in my 1st ride

love these, they allow me to sit upright on my beach cruiser and have my hands at a perfect angle for balance and power. They will handle any torque you can generate. Some have said they are small but I have xl hands and they are fine and have good egernomic shape.
