This is a really poor quality product. I would never pay more than $9.99 for that. Some sketchy stuff you expect from AliExpress but not Amazon.It's shaped for 28" wheel. Not universal as claimed.Again, I would not care if it was 5- 10$ but for almost 30 - no way.
