We have bidets on both of our toilets and this one is great! Easy to install and adjust. The little dial thing you turn to turn it on moves extremely well with just enough resistance to not accidentally give yourself a colonoscopy. As you slowly turn it you can start to hear the water so you know to go slow otherwise you will not be pleased. Or maybe you will! Whatever the case this is a very easy to install and very durable feeling bidet that comes absolutely recommended! Very much worth the money.

The bidet includes all the hardware, and I can use my existing toilet seat. However, to install it, I had to temporarily remove the seat. I installed the included mounting bracket and then placed the seat back and secured the bolts. The bidet comes with a T-valve that connects directly to the toilet tank. I almost forgot to insert the rubber gasket into the upper end that connects to the water tank. I placed the rubber gasket with the wide end facing down, as shown twice in the user manual. I hand-tightened the connection to the water tank and then carefully did a quarter turn with my adjustable wrench. I connected the lower end to the water supply hose. Since there was a rubber gasket inside the hose’s end, I didn’t apply Teflon tape. The remaining connection at the T-valve on the side connects to the bidet. It took me slightly over 15 minutes, and I had no leaks when I turned on the water. I have the option between a regular rear or feminine wash. Either way, I think both get the job done, and it’s easy to select the type of wash and adjust the pressure. I can do it all with the same control knob. I feel cleaner with the bidet than using toilet paper, and it’s friendlier to the environment.

I like bidet attachments rather than entire bidet seats because they can go on round or elongated toilets, old and new, so they always fit in new homes/bathrooms…and can use a nicer seat.I prefer cold water because it’s soothing and refreshing and a cold-only bidet is easy to install anywhere. You don’t have to worry about connecting a hot water line or electric outlet to it.This single dial that controls which spray and the force, all in a simple turn, is ideal because it’s super easy to switch from front to back, (which I often do), and you ease the water pressure up. Some others over complicate it! The metal band is what turns on this, not the white end.The issue I have with this dial is that it clicks on every turn increment. This is not only unnecessary, but the center/off position has no different sound than all the others and no discernable notch can be felt there, so this bidet can’t be used in the dark, or by the blind. You MUST look at the handle to know when it is truly OFF.In the listing pictures, this looks like a standard, single-plate that sits under the toilet seat, however, those pictures MISrepresent THIS product! This one comes as a 2-pc plate that we click together on barely 1/8” tabs. That split between each side of the plate creates a weak point, especially because there is a space between it and the seat bottom due to the seat’s pads and neither bolt goes through the handle half. I would not recommend any leaning on the handle or installation in a bathroom used by guests/rough kids because care must be taken. Because of the cheesy construction, this should be the lowest priced bidet attachment.The built-in thumb screw on this hose is a nice add-on since these compression fittings should be hand-tightened only. No tape is needed because the seal is made at the gasket, (although 1 round would not hurt).Summary: This cold-water bidet attachment is easy to install and works with good water pressure, but it’s low-end construction and the dial is not feel-only friendly, so consider the value.
