This windshield cover comes with 6 elastic straps with plastic hooks to hold the cover down. We are in the middle of a cold snap ( 0 degrees F with a -17 F windchill ).The plastic hooks snap in half, so I have to find another way to hold this stupid thing down.The thickness is less than a golf windbreaker so trying to put it on is a pain even with the slightest of breeze.It also has a piece of elastic across the bottom of the windshield so, the cover bunches up and leaves the wipers to get covered with ice and snow.

I bought 2 of the 3XL covers, for a Honda CRV and Honda Pilot. It was a struggle for both. You won't get rear window coverage and barely full front windshield coverage. I can't imagine using anything smaller than the largest one offered unless you're using it for a golf cart or cycle. Seriously misleading. But I got the roof covered for each vehicle so I'll keep it. Just be warned that if you have a larger vehicle, don't expect as advertised.

My sun roof leaked in the heavy rain. Until I have a chance to clean the drains, this is the perfect solution. Now we're getting 1ft of snow so time will tell. Wish it had one more strap near the doors, positioned better. Kind of thin but if I only need it for torrential downpours it should work.

I like that it covers the mirrors. I like all the available straps. I like it accommodates my roof rack just fine. I like how much easier it is to get ready in the morning. I worry moving the plastic around while it's frozen might eventually crack it. Sometimes the straps get encased in ice and stuck to the car and I worry about the integrity of the elastic elements. But we shall see how it holds up at the end of winter when it unfreezes.

Wasn't sure about the size on this cover when I ordered it but now that I have it, it fits perfectly! It's has been a miserably hot summer this 2023 in Texas. I wanted something to help protect my convertible, soft-top on my 2020 Ford Mustang from the suns UV rays. This works great! I can put this on my car in 2 mins. or less. It comes with a storage bag that I use after I fold/roll up cover. This also keeps bird crap and tree sap off car top. Great investment for convertible car owners.

What I liked about this product is that it easy to put on once you figure out what works for you. The hooks works perfectly and it stays in place when it's windy outside. It's thin/ lightweight but of good quality. I liked that I didn't need my husband to help me put this on and would recommend for anyone looking for an easy car cover to use.

i place some water on it and a boll under, water does go tru not full water proof- not 4 layers- there is no soft materiel under..fits my volks and looks decent ...maybe good for light rain and for leaves...

The idea of this product is great, would most definitely be a excellent idea to put on car to avoid snowfall but if the snow is heavy, might as well kiss your money goodbye it ripped because the material was very thin and the elastics to hold it down ripped off......so yeah not very happy with this product couldn't return in time....5 thumbs down

Be aware that this product is not as advertised. The fabric is not 4 layers of material as described. It is only 1 thin layer of fabric which is not waterproof. The straps are not good quality and allow too much stretch so the cover will flap if it is windy. I will be keeping the product as it does fit our 2013 VW Golf Sportwagen but I will be adding stronger straps and stronger hooks.
