Love it! It works as it should, and am using it for my vendor event as a “give away” for my table. You know the type, full of “try again” or “you’re a winner!” Just for fun and disposable income and fun for the entire family while they shop the events.

I got this on a whim as I like mechanical devices. It's really more of a novelty item for me. There were no instructions included, and it took a while to figure out how to work this. First of all, it arrived with the flap detached and the coin mechanism was out of place. I finally found a similar mechanism on YouTube after searching for how to take a part gumball machines. I ended up taking it apart to figure out how it works. I also found a sticker to a website stuck on the bottom of the coin bank area. When I looked it up, it took me to a Spanish language website which was not much help. Even with translate, there was no information available on the gumball machine.The key unlocks the top so you can get to the globe where you can refill the gumballs. However, there is no way to get into the coin box, unless you also unscrew the 2 screws on top of the globe that holds it to the base. When I opened it, I also found that there was an addition candy wheel stored in the coin box which I'm assuming is for dispensing 'bulk' candy. Without the instructions, I can only guess. The mechanism works fine. When you insert 2 quarters, it turns all the way around so that the item will fall through into the 'escape' shoot, while the coins fall into the bank.I suppose if you have a small convenience store, this could sit on the counter close by. It' not terribly secure since someone could just pick it up and walk away with it, if left outside. It potentially could be used at fundraisers. For me, it's more of a novelty display item in a game room.

Childhood nostalgia at its finest. The whole machine is plastic so it wasn't heavy or hard to carry. Assembly was slightly difficult and the fact that it has to be fully taken apart to access the money is also an inconvenience. It did not come with any candy to start so you will need to add your own. You have the option of loose candy, bagged candy or 29mm balls.

This gumball machine is gorgeous! The construction materials are plastic and it has a 1 key operation (no cash box) will work for my practical purposes but maybe not great for commercial settings since it requires disassembly to access the cashbox.
