These shorts are nice. It seems durable and fits my son well. He's a bit on the thinner side and these shorts stay on but also have a good stretch.

These boys athletic shorts are comfortable, and they’re soft. They’re versatile, and they’re made with cotton. They’re perfect for any outdoor activity, and they’re a great value for the money. I would recommend these athletic shorts.

I bought these in Large for my hard to fit son, who has shot up in height recently but is still very slim (about 5'4" but only about 80 lbs). Pants and shorts that are long enough for him tend to be huge around the waist and seat. Given that his waist measurement would fit a size small in these shorts according to the size chart, I didn't have high hopes, but I gave it a shot. They actually turned out pretty great--the elastic is snug enough in the waist to keep it from falling down, and the drawstring allows him to adjust it so it sits comfortably. The sweatpants like material is soft and falls nicely and isn't too bulky. I think these would fit a range of sizes pretty well, but if your child is very husky you may want to size up, since these don't seem to have a ton of extra room in the seat and waist like many boys' shorts.

These shorts are very well made with soft, midweight fabric, zippered pockets and drawstring waist. Seams are well sewn with even stitching. Shorts do fit true to size but seem a bit snug at the waist and my son has a thin build. It's not overly tight but a child with a normal to husky build may want to order up. Definitely double check your measurements before ordering. Other than a smidge snug these shorts fit and wear great. The zippered pockets are an extra plus for sure. Product washes and dries well. No shrinkage for us. Nice comfortable shorts.

Bought these for my 14 years old son.In high school, he needs secure pockets and these zipper pockets work well
