No-lap aluminum oxide resin bond sleeves. Excellent for sanding holes, edges, contours, and irregular shapes. Includes 5 general purpose drums in widths of 1/2-inch to 1-1/2-inch, and diameters of 1/2-inch-to-2-inch. 1/8-inch-to-1/4-inch diameter shanks. Also Includes one fine grit and one coarse grit sleeve for each drum size in kit. 15-piece set. Manufactured in USA.

I chucked it up on my drill press and it sanded fine. The sanding tunes are a bit pricey. Cut straps of sandpaper and spray glue them to the drum...much cheaper. No up and down movement however.

I used these to remove some material from some olympic bumper plates that were just slightly too small of a diameter to fit on my olympic bar. I put these on a power drill and ran it through them and took care of it. It would be nice if the material lasted longer, but I was probably using it for something that they werent intended for.
