My whole family is enjoying the slide show. Memories of holidays and pets scroll by and bring a smile to our faces. It was very easy to set up. I used a memory stick but it has blue tooth capacity so you can send pictures from your phone. I’m really pleased

This checked all my boxes and there was a surprise bonus!I was looking for something that allows multiple ways to get pictures to play, my main ones being flash drive & sd card since it would be placed in my husbands office which the WiFi is heavily restricted. This product offered flash drive, sd card and WiFi. I sent a ton of photos from my phone to the device while loading it at home. I was very shocked and excited to find that this frame plays videos and it’s got a speaker!!! You can only send one video at a time and it can’t be combined with pics. you can send a ton of photos at once, I think the most I sent was around 60 at a time so far. The quality is amazing, you can adjust the placement and brightness of photo. The frame has an ambient light that you can adjust, you can change settings for notifications, volume, brightness, etc. The size to me is like a standard frame. It also has displays time and weather info. As for memory, I’ve only gotten through to loading around 300 mixed media sent through WiFi. I haven’t explored the frame fully yet but I absolutely love it!!! The price seemed like a really good deal before I got it, upon receiving I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the fact it came a two pack!I’m hoping the quality lasts long as our previous frame (from another brand) didn’t last more than a year before the quality went bad. A few years ago my in-laws got an expensive frame as a gift, it doesn’t allow videos and it has recently started having trouble with overall quality. I think we may end up buying a few more frames as gifts for grandparents and siblings.

Very easy to use with the phone app. Picture quality is clear. Wifi transfer of photos works well. Would definitely recommend.

These are really cool. They're easy to set up, easy to use, just the right size and had a great display. BUT one had permanent grey streaks on it's display and both kept corrupting my USB drives. I tried several ways to eject USB drives from the photo frames (power off, unplugged, etc.) and no matter what I tried I had to repair my USB drives on my computer. I couldn't find anything in the documentation or in the menu for ejecting USB drives. That's why I rate them 3 stars.

This was easy to use and worked great. I liked that I didn't need to use an app. I used a flashdrive to import photos. I loved how easy it was to rotate/adjust pics using the touch screen.

After purchasing this digital frame for myself, I purchased one for each of my siblings. After my parents passed away, I had their photo albums and "the best of" their loose photos digitized and loaded onto a USB sticks. Each sibling was given a USB stick and a BIGASUO digital picture frame. Everyone loved the digital picture frame and said it was easy to set up and download the photos from the USB stick into the frame. This digital picture frame is a great way to share family photos.

This was extremely easy to set up! The picture quality is great, it sits on one of our end tables and our kids love to watch the pictures on it! We also bought two more for our parents, to share all the photos and videos with them too.

I am in a mixed bag for this product. The price was perfect when I purchased BOGO I believe, so that was a five star. Hanging is limited to portrait, also it must remain plugged in so it has to be placed near an outlet which incidentally the location I wanted it in is nowhere near, naturally right... LOL I do love this frame however for everything else that it is and have found workarounds for the issues that I had. The picture quality 4.5, upload speed 4.5 ease of use 4.5 storage capacity 4, functionality 3
