Bad instructions + does it really work? That is a matter of perception.1. Attaching the primary "accessories" requires pushing and twisting to lock them in place. This is not stated in the instructions. If you do not do it, the accessory will come off during use and cause scalding - it happened to me - fortunately the glove saved my hand.2. Step 6 (see pic of manual) says "Press red power button". It is not a button just an orange light, and it cannot be pressed, it just comes on when you plug the power cord into a powered outlet.3. Step 7 (see pic of manual) says "When the LED changes from red to green...". It does not change color, it just turns off!Once you get over the quirks in the instructions, and start using it, you soon realize that it does not start cleaning on contact. It took me more than 20 minutes and 250ML of water to clean the grout in that one square (see pic) having to stop to soak up the puddle of water after each pass using the nozzle with the small brush. So yes, it does work... now try cleaning a 100 Sq Ft kitchen floor... now does it really work???To be fair, I even tried cleaning my oven door, worse results compared to the grout, it barely made a dent on the baked on grease stains in one corner.Very disappointed. Returning this one. Will looks for another that actually works.

Works well BUT the long hose you can use instead of direct attachment broke, the hot steam busted a seal in it which caused hit steam to bust out and burn our hands a bit. We don’t have issues with steam coming out without pushing the trigger like other reviews have noted. Also didn’t get a paper that said I should review for a free gift like other reviews stated. Does it’s job if you use spot cleaner with it and makes carpets look brand new

I love my Shark steam mop so I decided to try this little guy. I was painting my bathroom dark.blue and got paint on the sandy colored tile floor on the grout. This little steamer loosened it and I could wipe it all away. When I first moved into my apt. the grout in the shower was very stained. I spent so much money on cleaners, bleach pens, grout brushes etc that I could have bought this steamer 3 times and I never got it cleaned. This little steamer did the job! Also the grout on the floor had gotten so much clay cat litter stuck to it when my dad would mop the floor over the years. I had been on my hands and knees scrubbing with wire brushes and grout brushes trying to scrape it off for hours. Again this little steamer loosened it right away and I wiped it up! I wish I had him 15 years ago. I would have spent so much less time scrubbing!

My first concern was a card that came with it offering a gift card for a good review. The same thing happened when I was first looking for a car vacuum and it was complete trash. There's a lot of things I really dislike about this product. You can't see how much water is in the reservoir not do you get any indicators when it's empty or low. When you first go to use the steamer it spits and will sometimes continue to spit throughout the use of the steamer. The other issue is there is no on/off switch so you need to plug and unplug the device if you need to stop it from becoming a water fountain. The steam pull bar on the handle is uncomfortable to use as well. Just find a better steamer.

With two cats and white upholstery, no amount of fabric protector is going to help. I needed a small but mighty steam cleaner to remove the constant cycle of ambiguous pet stains on my sofa.This little machine is great, though I do wish the nozzle was longer. I use it with an extension cord each week to remove all of those pesky little stains that just magically appear for no reason at all. I also appreciate the lock protection feature so I don't burn myself, which otherwise I most likely would. Overall, if your needs are not too severe, go for it.

I bought this because my sofa chair started to get dull, especially the arm of the chair, I was considering buying a new sofa chair, but since I loved the little chair I wanted to see if I could save it. Not only did I save the chair, but I save myself money since I don't have to buy a new chair, it cleaned my chair like new, I had to do the arms a couple of times because they have been dirty for such a long time, but when I finished, it was a new chair. Thank you Amazon for this great steam cleaner, so easy to use, so lightweight and such a great price

My main reason for buying this was to better clean pet accidents without chemicals. Hot steam is very good for cleaning lots of things...such as spilled drinks, food, cat hairball barf and even oil tracked in the house on someone's shoes. I used it to clean the tile grout in my kitchen and it did a very good job after 16 years of dirt in the grout lines. Great on carpets, hard vinyl flooring, steaming clothes, curtains and just about anything,Pros:Comes with many tools for different cleaning jobslightweight and easy to use one-handedlong cord (I added a heavy duty extension cord so I can each any area)light lets you know when it is ready to useheats up within a few minuteslasts long enough to clean all the things I have used it for so farcame with a little measuring cup and funnel to add waterCons:Doesn't hold more than 250ml of waterdirections are not quite accurate (there is no power button, you just plug it in to turn on, and the trigger button is a little stiff at first, but loosens up after several uses.Verdict:this little steamer is a good value and is very useful for small cleaning jobs, steaming curtains, clothing and car upholstery. The only thing I would improve on is the tank capacity and add an on/off button so you do not have to unplug it every time you need to refill the water.
