The battery arrived dead, so I was initially worried, but after replacing the battery and going through the lengthy set up, I'm actually pretty impressed. It actually works. It uses a magnet and sensor that you install around the front wheel, and the mph is measured based on that magnet passing over the sensor. Installation was a little tricky, especially since the handlebar mount didn't quite fit my handlebars, but luckily they include some rubber inserts to adjust the fit of the clamp around the handlebars. It took a while to get it just right though. The instructions could have been a little better but it was good enough to get me set up. The display has a little light that help you see it and provides a bunch of info, you can choose metric or imperial measurements, and swap the clock from 24 hr to 12hr time if needed. I think it's pretty good so far, just be ready with extra CR2032 batteries in case yours arrives dead.

This bicycle odometer is very easy to use and accurate! The display is easy to read even during an intense ride. I like the compact size. It has a nice green light and also tracks distance and time. Good product!
