This is a very lightweight pump. Simple to put together. It does feel really cheaply made. The inverted cylinder feature takes a little getting use to. I used it to pump a couple of presta valve mountain bike tires. It is not a big pump, so it is somewhat low volume and it took quite a bit to pump up the mountain bike tires. I did have trouble getting the presta valve fitting on the pump to stop leaking while I was pumping. It felt like I was going to break the lever as I was trying to seal the presta valve fitting. Overall it is an OK pump to use occasionally. I don't think it is robust enough for daily use. It also does not have a built in pressure gauge. I plan to keep it in my SUV as a backup in case I forget my regular bike pump on a trip. I think that there a much better pumps out there for just a few more dollars.

This is rather a minimalist pump in many ways, although not in all ways. It is very petite. Kind of like a standard conventional garage bike pump that has been shrunk down to Lilliputian dimensions. Still though, it’s not perhaps the suitable primary pump you would want to have out on the road with your bicycle. However, as a spare house utility pump, for those times, say, when your buddy across the field needs to have his Swiss ball pumped up, you can just hand him this unit and he can go at it, and then, when he’s finished, you can take it back for the next time he needs it. Rather than hand off / loan out your good primary pump that you might need to pump your truck tires up with or your garden cart wheels, where you really don’t want to play around with a petite and light duty pump such as this particular pump for a mission-critical inflation task. But if you only had this one pump, or if you had to lend out one pump, this would be the pump to lend out for somebody else’s Swiss ball needs or basic inflation needs. I once spent considerably more than this pump’s cost on what I imagined to be a fairly robust foot-operated pump from a major Canadian hardware store chain, one of “their own” branded units, which was really made in China and brought over here for the basic domestic market. And that foot pump has failed several years ago and I don’t know why I’m keeping it around as it is useless until I make some basic repairs to it. In other words, it did not stand the test of time and may not even be reparable.. This little C INVERTER brand pump works currently and should work, if taken care of, for years to come, and will always be on hand as a basic inflation solution, very handy to have, and takes up a fairly minimal amount of space to store until it is called into duty. To say this would not be a handy extra back-up pump would be incorrect, for it is definitely a handy extra pump and would be convenient to have as such.

I returned this because it didn't work at all for my use, which was for pumping bike tires. Despite being very careful and trying numerous times to seat the Shrader head on the valve, my husband and I could never get it to seal enough to take in any air. It let more air out.The attempt to have one plastic head piece with both Shrader and Presta style wasn't executed well and the result is a blob of hard plastic with out being precise enough to work.

Basic portable inflator for smaller bike tires, basketballs and other inflatable objects. First of all, when I received the item, it felt very cheap right from the packaging. It was packaged in bubble wrap and nothing else. The material did not feel premium and felt like dollar store pumps have better plastic materials than this pump. The silver cylinder is not aluminum, it is plastic. What I did not like about this pump was that I expected it to be more sturdy and able to stand upright on its own. It does not stand upright, and its light weight. The 3 attachments were nicely bundled together however the actual inflator lock mechanism did not have threads inside to fully secure these attachments. It was just a plug into the black valve lock mechanism. The hand pump was mediocre, it took longer to pump a mini basketball than I anticipated. Despite these critiques on the item, the inflator does the job inflating my kid's basketball and was able to inflate air into the bicycle tires. At this price range, I would look elsewhere though.

DO NOT waste your time or money! I just got it, assembled it - no instructions, but self explanatory. Immediately disappointed w/ its light, delicate construction. Not something to use daily! Only just OK for a cheap pump to carry around in my bicycle basket / bungee corded to my bike frame, and not worry / care about it being stolen. lol Or maybe as a ball inflator for children. It does work to inflate a bicycle tire - I added some to my bike's front wheel. But it has the appearance of a consolation prize from the circus. Please - companies - make quality products and just charge a bit more. You will surely profit in the long term. But not w/ this junk. It will fall apart if used much, and your customer will never trust your ability to make anything worthwhile from then on. You only get 1 chance to make a good impression. If you associate your name w/ this product, you will lose in the long term. This is the worst product that works, that I have ever reviewed.

I got this to fill up my son's various sports balls that were all starting to look a little squishy. It's super easy to operate and works exactly as intended. Just what I was looking for and at an extremely reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this to others.

The description says this is a floor pump. I would describe this pump as a hybrid hand/floor pump. The size of the pump is too small to be a floor pump and is slightly larger than a hand pump. As a hybrid hand/floor pump this is an excellent pump. I would use this pump on long bicycle rides on which I would usually pack a hand pump. What makes this pump better than a typical hand pump is the dual Shrader and Presta valve in one pump head. A typical hand pump requires unscrewing the pump head to change the valve type. I have a Presta valve on my bicycle and my children's bicycles have Shrader. It's great to have support for both valves on the same pump head. With the one head dual Shrader and Presta valve, I found the valve lock worked nicely whether I was attaching the pump head to a Shrader or Presta valve. The valve lock held firmly to the valve during inflation of the tire. Once the tire was filled, unlocking the tire was just as easy. Unlock the pump head and the pump head pops off the valve. When using hand pumps, you are required to hold the pump tube with one hand while pumping with the other hand. With this pump I can pump with one hand. There is a single foldable foot pedal to help stabilize the pump while I pump with the one hand.I like this pump as a replacement for a hand pump.

This bicycle tire pump seems a bit shoddy out of the box. The cylinder is welded at the bottom with a bolt for the handle. The bolt was rusty and the weld looked a little amateurish. The plastic parts aren't high quality either. The pump works to push air into the tires and I like that it has both Presta and Schrader fittings (as well as other attachments to inflate balls, mattresses, water floaties, etc.). It doesn't have a pressure gauge, so you either have to go by tire feel or check it with a separate pressure gauge. Finally, this pump is an awkward size. It's too big to take along with you on a ride, and it's much smaller and has fewer features to use as a primary pump in your garage. For now, it will be my "backup" pump if the one in the garage gives out.

This pump is "okay" if you are in a tight spot. If you have a flat tire and NEED to get some air in to until you can get to a pump with a pressure gauge, or bring an additional gauge with you. The extra attachments are nice, and the amount of air moved is okay for its size, but it just doesn't feel sturdy in the hands, as if it's going to snap apart. I used it to fill a few small children balls and 2 bike tires, which I had to double check weren't overfull with my car tire compressor which I had to lug out and power up.Overall, I would not recommend this product.

As a pump, it works well as is easy enough to pump with minimal effort and comes with some attachments to pump soccer/basket balls with those stem valves. It is also very light weight an can thus be carried in a sports bag with ease - hence 2 stars. With that said, it is incredibly cheaply made. Despite the decsription, this is definitely not made with 'high strength steel' in any way or form. In fact I was pumping my bike tire last night and my knee fell over it and the metal shaft completely bent. When inspecting it from the other side, we can see just how thin the metal really is. The foot 'pedal' stand really isnt stable either as the shaft is much too short to stand and pump anything. For 18.99$ CAD i feel this is very expensive for the quality you are getting as better quality ones with thicker metal, a more rigid and stable shaft and even an air pressure guage can easily be found for the same price, and often on sale for cheaper. I feel this shouldn't cost more than 10 bucks given the overall quality. Not impressed.

This bike pump portable inflator is great in a pinch. Very portable, lightweight, and comes with useful adapter attachments. The cons are the foot hold is very small and hard to keep in place. And overall the pump does not move air as fast as other bigger options so it will take much longer to get the job done.
