Good quality. Replaced a factory, poor quality pivoting quill stem. Now everything is rigid and secure.

It fits the headset and handlebar. But so heavy. Much heavier than an original style quill stem. It is even heavier than a threadless adapter plus a threadless headset. So buy it if you don't mind heavy bikes and you like the look.
