The thread size on the extended stem riser bolt did not fit the mountain bike I am putting this on. The bike is a Specialized Myka.I know the bike has standardized threads as I was able to use an extra extended stem bolt from another bike to get this to fit.

My back was hurting with the handlebar on my bike being so low. This worked very well to raise the handlebar. I’m very pleased with the sturdiness of the product. It works well.

This RainFlowwer Handlebar Stem Extension appears to be sturdy and well made. Due to my own limitations I have not been able to install it on the bike I wanted to, because I’m hoping to convert from a quill stem to a 1 1/8” extension like this BUT I discovered that I’ll need to find a much longer threaded rod to span both the extension and the quill adapter if I want to secure it the way it’s supposed to through the included cap. That’s obviously not a negative reflection on this product, but rather a result of my own particular challenge (maybe I need to realize that I simply can’t combine multiple adapters like that on the inexpensive cruiser I’m trying to modify). I do note that this item runs toward the higher end price-wise compared to some other seemingly similar extensions, and I’m not sure why. But it definitely looks like a well-constructed product.

It came with plenty of spacers which is a plus. It tightens well and for the price it is a quality item. Overall, I was impressed with this little piece.

My handlebars were too low so I added this extension and it made a huge difference. I have ridden with it for two months over rough terrain and it is holding up just fine. Very happy with it!
