How to replace the battery of the Remote?
If the remote doesn't work, it because the battery inside is depleted.
Just remove the 3 small screws on the remote and replace the new battery (included).

Seems like a good idea based upon what the description says so i was looking forward to trying it out. When i received it the light that attaches to the bike worked ( after charging ) but the remote did nothing at all. Seems there is a issue with the battery going dead while its sitting on the shelf, customer service was quick to respond they are going to send another.

In all honesty, giving this product even just 1 star is being generous. This was originally meant as a gift for my grandpa for his bike that he loves driving around his neighbor. We wanted him to have it for instances where he had to be in the road near vehicles. At first, this item worked nicely. It was simple for him to use, instructions were easy to understand, and installing it to his bike was beyond simple. The issue stems from the fact that it didn't work properly after day one of having it. We charged it thinking that was the problem, but no it was the remote. I swapped out the battery a few times with the proper batteries and nothing. It wouldn't work for more than a few minutes. Maybe it was user error; I strongly doubt, or maybe I was just unlucky enough to get a bad remote, but either way I returned it as soon as I could.

Battery was dead upon receiving. The remote control is not rechargeable. If it doesn't work, it's the remote control battery. You need to replace with a new battery. Seller is aware of this problem.

I put it on my bike and works great. Now motorists will know what move I'm trying to make rather than us starring at each other and I'm waiting for them to do something so I can move.. now this signal will hopefully tell them what I'm wanting to do, what turn I'm going to make.

The product works well and is easy to install but the battery life on the small switch does not last long at all, so in time it will cost a small fortune to keep buying new batteries for it! I don't even get two weeks before I have to change it the turn signals are fine and are rechargeable I just wish the switch was too.
