This is a top to bag which I have never seen before. I assumed when I ordered it that it was indeed a regular frame bag but it cannot be used that way because the zipper is on the bottom then and when you open it everything would fall out. That being said for a top two bag if that's what you're in the market for it is well made and the velcro fits both of my bikes.

I have been testing this on my commute and also did a 60 mile gravel ride with this bag on my touring bike. There's really not much to complain about here. First the bag will work fine whether you have round top tubes or more squared off top tubes. It's easy to set up, and I didn't have any problems with it flopping around too much. As long as you have it set up properly it will stay in place well. It is branded as Rhinowalk.A couple of things worth noting. There are no holes in the bottom for bento box type mounting. That's not really an issue with the bag and its mounting system. If you have the mounting screws in place for the bento box mount, then I would take them out. It doesn't make much difference but the flatter the top bar the better. The front mounting part of this will require that you have some stem stack available. If you have a very aero bike with slammed tube you might have to get creative mounting this.Once you mount this you will want to cut the velcro attachment straps to size. The ones around the top tube have a habit of popping out on your ride. So you'll end up tucking back in a few times especially if you are riding on a very windy day. I didn't over load this bag, but it is great for holding snacks, keys, tools, etc. I found that the bag itself stays in place a little better with items in it vice having it mostly empty. When empty I feel like it is more prone to leaning one way or another in the wind. With weight in the bag it stays in place more firmly. The bag comes with two sets of zippers that open and close from either end, so you have zipper tabs at the top and bottom. Personally I don't see the need for opening both ways, but it does. They have extra little string tabs to help open the zippers. I personally found the string tabs at the back a little annoying and just removed them because they would occasionally hang over just enough to bump your leg. I kept them on the front zippers. I'd note that the zippers are well made and the bag seems weatherproof. All in all this is a useful addition for bike packing or touring. You can run a tube bag on top, and one below which gives you way more flexibility for storage items that you need to get to easily.
