I like the looks and the ability to charge two different items. A couple of little issues. 1 - The mounting bracket for the bars needs to be a little thinner. (There is only so much room on the bar that it will fit) 2 - The cord from the charger back towards the battery needs to be about 6 inches longer. So that there is plenty of room for the bar to turn all the way left and right. 3 - the cord that connects to the battery need to be about 3 inches longer so that there is plenty of room to connect with the cord from the charger. 4 - Need to be able to turn off the LED light on the charger so that it doesn't run down the battery. I will test it out on the trails in the next couple of weeks

It’s a fantastic charger, but I would advise requiring to the headlight, or any ignition systems, as running it through the battery will drain it, since it lights up. I recommend it, but because of the light I either disconnect the sae disconnect, or keep it hooked up to my trickle charger. Would buy again

I've tried probably a dozen different usb chargers on my '15 Heritage. This is the first one that has lasted more than one trip for various reasons...I have a whole box of rejects. Have used it for a couple of months now. Been out in the rain and 105+ heat, no problems. Mounted easily and fairly robustly to my bars.Has happily charged anything I've plugged into it from usb headphones, to iPhone to full size iPad. Came with a long enough cord to snake thru to my battery existing tender plug...but would likely been a close call if I had used the pigtail that it came with to the battery.

easy setup, nice design and appears solid...only the miles will show whether it was a good buy or not...LOL. But works great, took a trip and it powered my GPS without fault.

Works great. It charges all my devices. Yet it ALWAYS drains your battery.CON:It is hard wired to your battery and it is always drawing power. It will drain you battery in 3 days. I RECOMMEND that you connect it to the fuse box. This way the charger turns off when you bike is off and it won't drain your battery that way.

Installed this on my Ninja 300 in the left quarter panel. Very slick install that is unobtrusive and clean looking. Very functional and useful, especially when on the go (long trips).

Bought for a 10 day motorcycle cruise thru Mexico... was REALLY relying on this to keep my cell phone and my GPS working. It failed the first day and left me in a sever bind. ECHHH!!!!

it appears to be very well built, but the design inexplicably includes a blue LED which is always on under the rubber cap and draws power.my guess is it was put there so the rider never leaves the port uncapped, but that's a feature targeting people who don't appear to do pre/post ride checks, yet affecting everyone who doesn't wish to have the bike always on a battery tender.update:well it happened. contractors were doing some work in the garage, and to move the bike unplugged it from the tender. weekend comes and the battery is too drained to start. still don't see why an LED was needed on this thing, and if it was, why isn't there a kill switch for it. dropped rating to 3 stars.
