Why does it show the rubber boot and a chrome cover but I only got the rubber boot if this is not what we are getting change the add not a happy customer

I was led to believe that I was buying the chrome cap that covers the boot. The add misrepresents the Item. One says that it is the rubber boot the other does not, even though it doesn't say so , you are led to believe that you are ordering the chrome solenoid cap.
