Does not fit. Mounts to the waterpump correctly and it'll hold the alternator like it should but it does not line up to the head thread to receive the bolt. I spent the extra money to get the better bracket and boom just like my usual luck. Didn't fit the deck height will really matter. Put that info on the site to which deck height it will match

I tried a cheaper version of this bracket for my 351w and it didn't fit, so I contacted CVF and they were very helpful and knew what I was talking about. This kit fit and after a little while figuring out the spacers I was able to get my accessories installed so I would pay the extra money and get this kit it fits and looks great.
