This shipped directly from the manufacturer. Seems to be of good quality, which it should be given the price. Unfortunately, it shipped without the hardware. Their customer service was pleasant enough, but two weeks later and 3 calls to the manufacturer, I am still waiting on hardware while the unit sits in pieces on my driveway.
