Problems keeping batteries from running down in just a couple weeks. Opening it rarely. I love this safe, when it is not dead. I contacted the company to see what can be done and will let you know . The kick out is great and love the upright, but need the batteries to not run out so dang fast.This won't help me in an emergency. I wish there was a plug in version.Edit - After reaching out to the company, and a quick reply, my problem has been resolved.

My only issue with it is the fingerprint not ever working but I don't really care that much cause I put illegal guns in it Anyway so can't complain

High quality product and works well, it was a little difficult to set up the codes/fingertip scanner with the instructions however I would purchase this again. It fits my handgun and magazine with no issues.

Very easy to set up and the biometric feature works perfectly and quickly. Uses 4 AA batteries and also includes a barrel type "skate key" to open it manually if the battery dies. Seems made well and should fit most pistols.
