The product had a small piece broken off in shipping, but the company took care of the issue by sending me a replacement part with very little time or trouble. The bird house works great and we are enjoying all the pictures.

The birds are enjoying this feeder as much as we are. Easy to fill, well made with an integrated clear plastic camera mount that securely holds and protects the camera. I'm pleasantly surprised by how clear the picture quality is. Another bonus is the app is free unless you choose to get extra functionality beyond the basics. Easy set up right out of the box. Just charge the camera and start watching birds!
