This is a good perch for wearing down beaks and talons. And the calcium is beneficial to the parrots. This is sized for medium sized parrots, not large ones. I do wish the metal washers were a bit larger in diameter so they would bridge across two cage bars instead of just one. It is hard to get a stable fit on just one bar. This is why I rated this a 4 and not a 5. It is decently made.

I ordered this mineral bird perch for one of my cockatiels who seems to have some nail overgrowth. It's the perfect size for a smaller bird and is simple to mount in the cage. There are different color and shape options. It definitely works in keeping her nails trimmed and smooth. Super easy to clean. Very strong and will last quite a while. Price point is very fair.
