This toy stand was easy to assemble, even though it didn’t come with instructions. It’s just a bolt, two washers, and a wing nut. Everything else was pre-assembled, so setup took just a minute or two.We added it to our cockatiels’ cage and while our male bird has zero interest in it, our female bird has already been exploring it. The sizing is good but just slightly tight for cockatiels. If each of the spokes were about a half inch longer, it would be even better. For smaller birds like parakeets or lovebirds, the size is just right.The material feels solid and I don’t have any concerns about it wearing down quickly or coming apart, even if the birds start pecking at it over time. It attaches securely to the cage using the two washers and wing nut, and once it’s in, it stays put without wobbling. It also doesn’t make any noise, which is nice.All in all, it’s a fun little enrichment tool that brings variety to the birds’ environment. I’m hoping our other bird warms up to it eventually, but even if not, it already adds some charm and movement to the cage.

Assembly left me scratching my head for a moment since it's not 100% clear on how to construct and there are no instructions included but, it wasn't that difficult. I did have to reference back to the ad to see where the components were supposed to go. They do include an Allen wrench to tighten the bolt BUT if you tighten it past finger tight it doesn't spin! I put this in an enclosure for a couple baby squirrels that are in rehab, they checked it out and wanted to naw on the perch tips but it spins out of reach. The spinning action will help them learn balance and add interest to their enclosure. The perches offer good grip being wrapped in soft cotton and being made of natural materials I'm not worried for when they do eventually start chewing on it. The perches could be bigger and definitely wouldn't work for a Macaw parrot as pictured but are adequate size for a parakeet as listed. The perch seems solid but the center bearings are off center in the post making it spin every so slightly off balance. The bottom (green) spacers seems to be made of plastic, I'm not a fan of that either. Given this one plastic component, the fact that I can't fully tighten the bolt (may unscrew over time) and the size; at $12.99 only 4 stars for overall value.

This is a nice little toy for inside a cage for parakeets, cockatiels, etc. Unfortunately, the cockatiels this was purchased for were not interested in it. I think they were uncomfortable with the colors perhaps. Oh well. Might work out OK for other birds. Was easy to put together and attach to the cage.

This was the second of two little rotating perches I purchased. The other was missing some of its hardware. This one had no hardware at all!What a disappointment. I had to return it.It was cute but lower quality than the other I had purchased. I would not buy it again, even if they remembered to include the hardware.

Bought this for my rats, not for birds, but many toys for them are interchangeable. It is a very sturdy toy, it’s definitely built for a smaller bird but it’s not unreasonably sized. It’s cute bright colors, and as long as you attach it properly to the cage it is safe and sturdy. They seem to have a lot of fun using it to climb around their cage. My only complaint is that I can not get the toy to spin as advertised without it coming unscrewed, so I tightened it so that it’s just a perch instead.

This bird perch is nice, perfect for my lovebird. She has six mini perches to choose from. The rope wrapping is comfortable on her feet and the entire thing is very colorful. It's made of natural wood and dyed with food coloring, so everything is safe for your bird. She's very happy with this and it has become her new favorite place to hang out.

I added this little perch spin to my chicks coop. They were just running around like crazy and I knew they needed some entertainment and fun. This was perfect for them. They very much enjoyed it for the few weeks until they outgrew it. Im at the point of transitioning my girls to the BIG RUN. But this is perfect anytime I get some new chicks! Works well and great material.
