Bought this as a gift for my mom.Her experience with this was that it wasn't user friendly and she couldn't figure out how to set it or use it. The alarm kept going off every 5 minutes.Also looked a bit cheap.She misunderstood the description and She thought it was a phone charger/clock combo. It's not.She gave up and returned it.Not ideal for older folks.

Bought it for a gift, party was canceled, so I ended up keeping it. Put my podcasts on and clean my home. So very nice, sound quality is great. So happy I had to keep it for myself.

This was a great value for the price! Works great, the speaker is nice and loud, connects without any issue. It's small enough to easily travel but strong enough to hold even my large tablet. The battery lasts a long time, I was surprised how long it lasted and the clock/alarm feature is a nice bonus

I bought this clever product for my younger brother for Christmas this past year and he loved it! He had no trouble connecting the bluetooth and it holds his phone perfectly while he watches anime. Highly recommended!

It's easy to operate. The speakers are loud. When using it for the phone the receiver can hear themselves talk like a delay reaction. On a video call sometimes your mouth don't match your words because of the delay. I gave it to my mom and she loves it. She's hard of hearing and she can hear with it. So that's why it's 4 star
