I love how this vacuum gets under things and turns and pivots. I use the attachments to vacuum my car carpet and upholstery. (cat hair) It had it serviced locally to clean it, etc. after one year. The "pet feature" is just marketing but it is great for our cat hair problem. It stopped working after 18 months and the vacuum repair person couldn't fix it. He thought it was computer electronics which he could not purchase from Bissel. evidentaly, they only sell parts to Bissell-certified repair people. Unfortunatley, I live in a small town and I would have had to drive 3 hours to a certified repair shop. SUCCESS. I had my receipt on Amazon and was able to prove when I bought it. Bissell took care of me with one call and sent me out a new updated vacumn with attachments in about 3 days. I didn't have to return the old one. I am keeping it for parts in my basement. It is a little different so I think they have fixed the problem.

Does a great job of showing where the dirt is...not great at sucking it up. Requires a lot of maneuvering to get it to pick some up the dirt. Almost like the old cell phones where you had to stand on one leg and point the phone to the East. sigh.

I purchased the Bissell ICONpet cordless vacuum, and within less than two years, the main plastic vacuum tube broke (see attached pics). I didn't even use it heavily during that time.While things do break, what's truly disappointing is how the company handled the issue. I received the vacuum in January 2022, and it broke around September 2023. When I filed a warranty claim in mid-December 2023—well within what I thought was the two-year warranty period—they told me that the warranty started from the order date in early December 2021, not the delivery date. This meant they considered my warranty expired.Customer service offered no real help other than suggesting I buy the replacement part for over $80. They were firm in stating that their "warranty policy" wasn't negotiable.First, it's unreasonable that the warranty starts from the order date instead of the delivery date, especially with shipping delays around the holidays (it took almost a month to arrive). Second, this issue is clearly a product design flaw, as many other customers have reported similar problems soon after purchasing. Rather than taking responsibility and helping customers fix a known defect, Bissell hides behind their warranty terms to avoid accountability.For your own sake, consider choosing another brand. This company’s approach to customer service and product support is unacceptable.

After exactly 3 years this vacuum no longer works.It turns of and seems as though it is working but no suction....My sister has the same issue with hers. Her Bissell vacuum only lasted 3 years too.

Best features 1. pivoting head. You can go around obstacles SO easily. Also flattens completely down to about 5 " to go under the couch and beds, refrigerator, countertops, end tables, etc.2. Won't clog. I have long hair that constantly jams up vacuums requiring me to take it apart and remove the roller and cut the hair off with scissors.3. The headlight. OK, be prepared to be horrified at how dirty your floors are. The headlight illuminates dirt and debris you would never see with the naked eye.4. The caddy. You hang the caddy on the wall and when you dock the vacuum, it automatically starts charging. The caddy also stores the four attachments.5. Cordless. So convenient. When we first got it, I wanted my boyfriend to try it out. He loved it so much, he did the entire house. I thought he was going to continue out the door and down the street.All in all, this thing is life changing. It's so quick and convenient to grab and clean up quick messes. No more reaching for the broom, dustpan, swiffer, and that awful big vacuum. Highly recommended!

A mom review on the Bissell icon pet turbo edge cordless vacuum.I was on the quest to find the best cordless vacuum.First, I asked moms what they thought was the best cordless vacuum.Second, I went to an Instagram reviewer page on the top rated cordless vacuumsThird, I made a top 4 list and read about each product and read their reviews.I decided to try the Bissell icon pet turbo edge.Once I received it, I was excited to give it a whirl.It’s lightweight and easy to push around. Also it has an on/off button and you don’t have to keep pressing in a button to keep it on like my dyson (that was the moment I should have realized it was crap, when I develop carpal tunnel at an early age, dyson is to blame lol)Next, the Led light is amazing! Wow, what a nice way to be shamed into how dirty your floors are! a reviewer said, if you don’t have a light, you can’t see the dirt, and after using this product, I understand that statement.I was also looking for a product that charges while not in use. I don’t want to take a battery out and have to charge it. As moms when, when we grab a cordless vacuum, we want it full charged and ready to go. Not 5 min into cleaning and a dead battery that requires 4 hrs to charge before using it again, by then a tornado would have come through and destroyed my house.This vacuum doesn’t scrap my hardwoods which is also a plus compared to the devil dyson that loved scratching them up.Let’s talk about the attachments! Oh the attachments! My daughter said oh la la when she saw all of them. I love the pet attachment, it cleaned our couches nicely that were all full of furry pet hair. The extension horse was amazing and let’s also mention it had the Led light also! I was able to get into all the small corners and crevices!Finally, it has 3 suction modes. I used the lowest mode and it got everything. It has medium, high and turbo suction and I don’t even know what mess would require turbo, but I don’t want to be around for that.In conclusion after using one time, I’m very impressed. I hope it lasts longer then my pathetic dyson that died after 2 years but when it died, I was more then happy to throw it into the trash 💀Hope this helps!! Happy shopping! No better way to inspire yourself to clean then getting a fancy new cordless vacuum!
