The BL-5C Battery is an excellent choice for reliable power! With a 3.7V 1580mAh capacity, it provides long-lasting performance and quick charging. It’s a perfect replacement for devices that use the BL-5C, and I’ve found it to be very dependable. I have several small portable radios that use this battery. This battery has worked well so far. There haven't been any issues with charging or capacity issues so far.

I have radios that use the BL-5C battery and this PowerTrust brand seems to be a quality brand.I have had no problems charging them or using radios with these PowerTrust BL-5C batteries installed. I don't have any equipment that can verify the 1580mAh storage, though they do seem to last a bit longer than my 1000mAh batteries, but not 580mAh (58% more/longer). Perhaps, that's not the way to rate the battery, but I've understood that storage capacity translates to longer life.For the price, these are quality batteries that are priced about the same as other brands of BL-5C batteries. And, if the 1580mAh holds up, then their capacity is higher than the BL-5C batteries at the same price, making them a better value.
