Another product I didnt know I needed. A laptop lock. I'm sure it could be used for many other things, but I'm using it for my laptop. It features a combination style lock and while the line looks rather thin, it appears it would be hard for anyone to be able to cut through without taking a lot of time to do so. I need the read better. This lock is specifically for Surface Pros. I just assumed any stand would work. However, the part that actually locks is meant for the thin flat leg of the Surface Pro stand. The lock cannot lock itself to the cable without modification. If you remove the upper plastic guard then you can slide the cable into the notch and lock it to itself. This is great because the six-foot length makes the lock useable in many situations.

This lock is a solid and secure construction. The locking mechanism is small but not lacking in strength. The versatility make it a strong anchor point functional to not only secure your Surface but also bags and other devices. And finally the lock is really easy to use just wrap the cord around a secure structure, then feed the lock through the loop and attach the lock to your Surface stand.
