Nice and clean. As described. We put that thing under the cabinet and off we go. It takes a couple of tries to figure the angle to place the can. Once you get it, it is a breeze. I LOVE IT!

Knew something was very wrong before opening undamaged factory faded out box inside undamaged shipping box with parts rolling around inside. Looks like someone dropped it from a 3-story building, swept up the parts, dumped them back in the box, and taped up.

Works well, very convenient and mounts out of the way under upper cabinets. We wore out our first one of these over about 50 years of use.

Recieved my Spacemaker Can Opener today. Was excited to get it! Had one similiar to this a loooong time ago and was disappointed when it quit working after about 15-20 yrs of use. Could not find another one at that time. Was told Black and Decker stopped making them. Bummer.I looked at others on Amazon and the Sellers wanted $200+ for them. Outrageous and Greedy! Sit on them until they deteriorate and they'll be worthless. What a reasonable,fair and sweet deal I got. As for the product, all pieces were present and even the original booklet which was a pleasant surprise. No signs of deterioration or fragility. Seller said it was like new and I'm saying it is NEW. Only the box had been opened which was stated in Sellers notes. I couldn't be more tickled with this purchase. 😄 When mounting it underneath the cabinetry, it fit right into the existing predrilled holes from my other one. What are the chances of that happening?! In conclusion, this Spacemaker Can Opener, at last it has found a home and I love it!! I'm going to name it Jody.😉 Thank you Seller!!

After reading mixed reviews for the newer models of the Black & Decker Spacesaver Can Opener, I decided that I wanted a model closer to the one I have that is 15 years old and still going strong. All my old can opener needed was a new cutting blade which are no longer available. After searching the internet I was very fortunate to find a EC60 model on Amazon. This can opener is the best and it is sad to know that they are no longer being made. I will have to baby this one so it lasts forever and my children will inherit it.
